Everyday Heroes TTRPG: The Runaway Robotics
Setting: Mill Creek, a quiet, unassuming suburb. Think tree-lined streets, friendly neighbors, and the annual "Mill Creek Days" festival just around the corner. (Renegade Games)
Premise: The local robotics club, "Robo-Rascals," has been working tirelessly on their entry for the Mill Creek Days robotics competition: a team of helpful, automated robots designed to assist with everyday tasks. However, during a final testing session, something goes horribly wrong. The robots, normally docile and obedient, have malfunctioned. They're now roaming the streets of Mill Creek, causing chaos and mild mayhem. They're not intentionally malicious, but their programming has gone haywire, leading to some very unusual and inconvenient situations.
Your Mission: You are ordinary citizens of Mill Creek (or visitors in town for the festival) who find themselves caught in the middle of this robotic uprising. You must work together to contain the runaway robots, figure out what caused the malfunction, and find a way to reprogram or disable them before they ruin Mill Creek Days and cause serious harm.
