Doctor Who Theme: The Whispers of Pompeii
Setting: Pompeii, 79 AD, just days before the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. The city is bustling with life, unaware. You are walking through the market about to purchase lunch and get a feeling of impending doom. (Cubicle 7)
Premise: The TARDIS materializes in Pompeii, a location the Doctor has always been fascinated by (and slightly wary of). Almost immediately, you sense something is wrong – beyond the obvious volcanic threat. A strange, unsettling silence has fallen over parts of the city. The usual vibrant chatter of the marketplace is muted, replaced by an eerie stillness. Some individuals seem… vacant, their eyes glazed over, moving and speaking in a strange, detached manner. You will have your choice of pre-generated characters, and one lucky player can be “The Doctor”.
Your Mission: Investigate the strange phenomenon affecting Pompeii and uncover its source before it consumes the entire city and potentially alters the course of history.
